Managing Director
Elaina Schmidt
Elaina Schmidt leads Huntington Associates' Business Transformation and Strategy, Financial Management and Capital Markets and Innovation. Her areas of expertise are capital markets, financial and corporate communications, with particular emphasis on large transactions and IPOs, as well as corporate narratives and positioning.

For the past 25 years, Elaina has closed top-notch transactions in Healthcare industries including Top Academic Institutions, and has also led Series-A startup to IPO as Head of Finance, and was Senior Director in Ernst & Young Advisory Practice.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Cornell University and a MBA from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Managing Director
Aaron Jackson
Aaron is an active California licensed CPA with 15+ years of diverse accounting experience across several industries. He is a Grant Thornton alumnus who has held accounting and Controllership roles at Fortune-500, middle-market and startup companies in Financial Services, Investment Management and Real Estate industries.
Aaron has provided leadership and project management within the accounting organization and in disciplines including restructuring planning, managing internal financial reporting, process re-engineering, buy-side due diligence and post-acquisition finance and accounting integration.
He holds a B.A. in Accounting from University of California Los Angeles and an active California CPA license.
